The per-trader fee is based on your number of active traders (those with open trading accounts) at the end of each billing cycle. Inactive traders or those without accounts don't count. Volume discounts are applied automatically as you grow.
Absolutely. You can upgrade at any time and the pricing adjusts immediately. We pro-rate the difference for the current billing period. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
No setup fees and no long-term contracts. All plans are month-to-month. Enterprise customers can opt for annual billing with a 15% discount.
Minimum includes 1 broker, Pro includes 3, and Enterprise includes all 6: MetaTrader 4, MetaTrader 5, cTrader, DXtrade, TradeLocker, and Match-Trader.
